Hey everybody!
The Getaway is hosting another open mic this Wednesday from 8-10. Its a chill, mellow atmosphere and its a great place to showcase your talents, regardless of your level. Just bring your guitar, banjo, cello, or even just your voice. If you plan on playing the piano, we already have one ready for you to play in-house. Poets and comedians are also welcome!
Every musician is guaranteed two songs but depending upon turnout, you may be able to play more.
If you dont want perform on stage, bring a few friends and sit back and enjoy music from local DC musicians. Rail drinks are $5 and $4 beers are available.
