The Crystal City Diamond Derby is a unique cycling event that combines speed, glamour, fashion and high-energy fun in a cool urban environment. We invite riders of all abilities to test their skills on our race course designed and built in the center of an underground parking garage. The Crystal City Diamond Derby features a variety of different race formats including a non-competitive open course ride, a head-to-head speed race, a courier-inspired scavenger hunt, team relays, and a special childrens course. The general public is also invited to try out the course or just watch the action from the chic confines of the Diamond Lounge, an art gallery and bar built by COREHAUS DC in the center of the action. The D&Q River Ride, a non-competitive social ride originating in DC, adds a social component and a ready audience for the days activities!
