Hill Country Barbecue Market is excited to team up with Spirit Specialist Jason Parsons to present a 4-course seated dinner with cocktail hour, pairing organic blue agave 123 Tequila with HC-inspired dishes on Monday, September 24th starting at 6 PM.
The cocktail hour will feature HC specialty cocktails incorporating 123 Tequila, including The Mexican Martini & The Mayor of Lockhart, as well as small bites like Smoked Yellow Tomato Gazpacho; HCDC Housemade Hot Link "Corn Dogs"; Pork Belly Tacos; and Organic Grit Cakes with Buttermilk-Brined Turkey.

Sweet Chili & Mustard-rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Post Oak-Smoked Stone Fruits

Reposado Tequila (Dos)
